I wanted to ask about the magazine article that john Kadelcik was quoted in saying that the one thing about preamping a fender is that its hard to find a line level out that isnt to hot or as he says tame the gain. He continues to say that the fender super 60 he was using already had a buffered output. my question is i have fender super six that has the preamp tap and it distorts the first gain stage, its just like john was saying in the article is there a way to add a buffered output to my super six, would it need a power supply for some circut/cap . my second question is i recently got a fender super 60 and want to find a schematic for the preamp tap. thanks for any thoughts
