I am not kidding,,, I believe, through a variety of luthiers, I have in my possession, a Doig Irwin original from the mid 70's. not kidding,, blown away,, needing some way to verify. Everyone who examines/plays it says it's an Irwin with the exact circuitry as his early Garcia guitars. I am serious. I need help contacting Irwin. New to this stuff.
